How staking works

Non-custodial. Igniter never touches your tokens — staking happens on-chain, directly from your wallet.

  1. Open the official portal. Go to staking.pocket.network and connect your Pocket wallet. Your keys stay yours.
  2. Pick Kalorius.tech. Find Kalorius.tech in the provider list and check our APR column against everyone else's — then allocate your stake.
  3. Earn and unwind whenever. Rewards flow to you per the terms shown in the portal. Unstaking follows the network's unbonding period — nothing is ever locked by me.

Who runs this

One person, one home datacenter in Denmark: a five-node Proxmox cluster — EPYC and Ryzen machines, several terabytes of RAM and NVMe — running ~70 virtual machines: every chain node, the relay miners, and custom relay middleware built in-house to survive the traffic bursts that cool lesser endpoints down, with sustained peaks of several thousand requests per second per chain — without an hourly cloud invoice. That cost structure is exactly why the payout to stakers can beat providers running on AWS.
